I'm considering to move to OmniGraffle Pro for its presentation mode, seeking non-linear presentation features.

Was totally impressed recently by Prezi. If OmniGraffle would allow zooming and some general smooth-animation/transition features in presentations, it would make the coolest presentation tool on earth, beating prezi by lengths.

Anyone experienced whether this is possible?

I was thinking the same thing. If omnigraffle supported animated zooming you could almost do it in apple script.

Make a set of invisible frames; number the frames and then define an action that moves you to the next numbered frame.

So you could do everything now, but you don't have the animation, which is what gives the viewer context to where you are in the big picture as you slide around. Put it in 6.0!
