I've got the Template Project script working on the desktop fine with all the proper placeholders.

Is there a way to prevent that specific template project from syncing to the iPhone or at least hide it from my view? Not the final filled-in projects, but the one with the <<placeholders>>?

If I don't have a current project that requires it, I don't want to see the blank template, but want to see the filled in project on my phone.

Put it in a folder and mark the folder as dropped. Optionally, create a Templates perspective that pops up a new window showing only that folder, minimally sized. The template project(s) will sync to the iPad/iPhone, and will show up in your project list, but the actions will not appear in the context list.
