Can anyone direct me in the steps necessary for making the background partially transparent when creating an OmniFocus theme?

If you choose Sidebars or Main Outline, and then:
Background Color → Custom
The Color dialog will come up, with an opacity slider at the bottom.

Ah... Thank you.

That worked for the Main Outline, but not for the Sidebar. On the sidebar, Opacity is already set to zero. Is there a trick to getting that to work?

Sidebar opacity seems to be adjustable here.

(Might be worth checking the opacity settings of the four sub-headings under 'Sidebar').

You nailed it. Thanks, mate.
