How to design an aggregation line (with the diamond) in UML notation? Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
I've been trying to design an aggregation line (in UML notation) with the diamond at one end of the line. I've been using a square that I rotated 45 degrees and combined with a horizontal line. When I place that shape and tilt the line itself, the square doesn't follow the inclination of the line, it stays at it's 45 degrees setting. But it should rotate with the line...

I would appreciate your help in solving this. Thanks in advance

Why not just use the diamond line ending found in the Lines & Shape Inspector?

Hi Joel

Thanks for your suggestion. I wasn't aware of this possibility :)

BTW. The reason, why I reply so late to your post, is that I had been expecting an email notfication when someone replied to my post. But I never got any. I just found your reply because I decided to check the forum directly.
