I've used it for a couple of days now, and feel it is pretty good for an iPad app. I wouldn't do any "real" PM on an iPad app since I have MS Project elsewhere (and via iTap on iPad), but for "kicking back" and doing planning that I wouldn't otherwise bother with, it is great. In contrast to others posts above, I've had no crashes/hangs yet.
Since I assume that some basics like PDF printing will happen over time, my main beef is not currently being able to edit dependencies. I'm guardedly optimistic this will be added, so people don't have to create delete/create dependencies multiple times to get something besides "Finish-to-start".
Overall, today, I find OmniPlan comparable to a good $10 app.
