My setup involves Mac Mail AND Outlook (2010) on Windows (7), with the back end being IMAP on fastmail.fm
When a new project comes in, I clip-o-tron the message into OF, creating a new project and context and so on. Then I create a new folder (or mailbox, in Mac Mail parlage) to match the project name. Then I move the message into that folder.
That's three steps to create a new project. Quite often a 4th step follows, which is to create a new folder in Dropbox, to contain relevant files and such.
Is any applescript guru hereabouts using a similar workflow, and if yes, have you managed to reduce the number of steps? If so, how?
