I've gotten this cryptic error on startup a couple of times. Both times it's taken me a while to figure out what's going on, so I thought if I posted about it, next time I'd remember, and maybe help someone else out as well.
I work on a laptop and keep my docs on an external drive.
Sometimes I disconnect the external drive.
When I try to open omnigraffle with the drive disconnected, it (I'm supposing) tries to open the documents that I last had open, but can't find them because the drive is missing.
And so it fails to open and throws this error (and I panic a while):
2012-06-18 14:58:14.308 EDT OmniGraffle Professional: OSULastRunStartInterval default is non-nil; unless you forcibly killed the app and restarted it it should be nil at launch time.
2012-06-18 14:58:15.421 EDT OmniGraffle Professional: -[NSScriptSuiteRegistry aeteResource:] - the only supported language name is English.
2012-06-18 14:58:15.531 EDT [0x0-0x43043].com.omnigroup.OmniGrafflePro: Not sending reply to exception message.

Sanity is restored as soon as I think to plug in my drive.
