Okay, we think we've figured out what's causing at least some of the problems that folks are having. I've updated the first post in this thread with some important new information.

Can the folks having this problem please have a look at the other thread, paying special attention to the bolded information, and let us know if they are able to complete their calendar sync setup?

If so, OmniFocus has done it's portion of the setup (by placing that file on the iDisk), but the Calendar application on the phone is having trouble connecting and fetching the file. This is the problem that other folks in this thread are having.

We're not sure why Calendar is behaving this way, but even when the correct user name and password are entered, the dialog reappears. Sorry for the trouble; we're continuing to investigate this.

Yup, OF made the calendar file correctly but wouldn't do the subscribe from within OF itself. Worked ok when I subscribed manually from the Calendar settings though.
