Hi - I am new to the program and I have read and read and read the manual but I cannot find a way to create individual resources on my own. The only thing I can find is where it says to drag an address card...

Can't I go to a place where I can type in my employees name manually and poof, he is now a resource of "staff"?

Please help.

Go to the resource view (click on the little head and shoulders silhouette at the upper left of the window). Click the + at the bottom left of the window, or use the Structure->Add->Resource command, or just hit return -- all of these should create a new resource for you which you can tailor to suit your needs.

It's in there, look at the help for "creating resources" and you'll see what you need...
