AppleScript Gurus: Projects -> Notes Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
So now that everyone is getting so good at doing AppleScripts and OmniFocus, how about this one:

OmniFocus -> Apple Notes (or whatever application is going to sync with the Notes on the iPhone). Just create a note for every project and all of the tasks associated.

Extra credit would be two way syncing of changes to the notes.

Anyone know if you'll be able to mount iPhones in disk mode like the current iPods?

I doubt it.

The one BIG mystery still left about the iPhone are "Notes". There is clearly an application on the iPhone for Notes but no actual mention of Notes and no Notes application on OSX (at least native).

Very strange.

Also, no real view of tasks. We have only seen them in the Calendar screen and it looks like there is no other application which could be a bummer.

"Notes you can access anywhere. To-dos that change as your errands do."

Maybe iPhone will sync to that?

I am sure they will, but what are we going to do from now till Oct 2007?

Seems like a long time to have a feature that doesn't work.

Maybe Tiger Mail will get an update?

I am thinking they will ship a small program that installs on OSX or they will house them in an iTunes update which probably needs to be updated because of the iPhone syncing anyway.
