one problem may be

as whpalmer said... you need to click CHOOSE, (not manually type in the box)

then...

you need to actually click "into" the new folder... not just select it.

does that make sense?

As you can see above in my post, I used the file picker. There is an escaping bug where folder names with spaces in them will not work.
