This is bizarre, and difficult to explain, but 100 per cent reproducible here; I shall try to describe it as best I can.
Suppose, in the Bookmarks Page, I have 10 folders, each with 10 bookmarks in them, and I open one of the folders in the middle of the page.
When I drag a bookmark within that folder it looks OK when the drag is in process, then instantaneously changes (label + URL) to the 10th bookmark in the 10th folder on dropping it!
Even more strangely, the 10th bookmark in the 10th folder is removed from that folder, although the drag and drop was nowhere near it (and it was not even expanded in the Bookmarks Page).
