I have written an Apple script which I use to manage to-dos and Notes of action. The outline file has two sections: Open and Closed Actions, and the script moves completed actions to the Closed section and adds a date stamp. The script also sets the styles of the open actions so that high priority and due actions are easy to spot in the list.

Its not GTD but I find it quite useful.

Let me know what you think.

Simon

The OO3 file and Script exceed the 100k limit of this forum so the zip archive has to be downloaded from this link: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/41900569/Ano...oDo%20List.zip
