Is there a way to make many resources available to many tasks?

Hi,

I have created several resources for a project and have more tasks than they will be able to complete in time (constraints are set). Is there a way to tell Omnigraffle to assign them and let me know how many and which (based on priority) or the tasks can be finished on time?
