I was experiencing a very frustrating bug in OmniGraffle Pro 5.3.6 on Lion, and spent some time this morning to discover the fix, so I'm sharing in case it helps others. (Would also be nice to see this fixed...):
I have a document that contains navigation links for jumping from page to page, created using the "Actions" panel in OG. These links exist on every page of my document, and they all work exactly as expected when I export the document to HTML image map format, but when I exported the document to PDF, the links only worked on one page of the exported PDF document.
I discovered that this was happening because my pages were not set to use "Size is multiple of printer sheets", and the only page whose links worked was a page whose contents exceeded the bounds of a single sheet of paper as defined in page setup. As soon as I enabled the "Size is multiple of printer sheets" feature on each page, the links began to work in PDF export.
This seems like a bug - hopefully the company will fix it? I don't prefer to have all my pages set multiples of printer sheets as it causes extra arbitrary white space when viewing the exported pages.
