I'd like to make sure I understand how you work, and that our scripting dictionary works as nicely as possible with your favorite development tools.

I voted "other" above. Most of the time, I use Script Debugger 4 from Late Night Software.
www.latenightsw.com I also occasionally write scripts with Script Editor. Those are the only two apps I use which would be querying the dictionary. When I want to write a lot of code quickly, I'll use BBEdit and/or TextMate, but neither of those are used to query the dictionary. HTH.
