Search all keyboard shortcut? Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
I'm new to OF, and haven't yet found a quick way to search every item (project/task/action), regardless of current filter settings. The best I've come up with is to choose Perspectives -> All Items, and then cmd-option-F to search.

Is there a quicker way?

Fellow forum member RobTrew has a handy Applescript that you can install for one-click search from your OmniFocus toolbar:

A detailed description of how to install Applescripts for use with OmniFocus can be found at http://forums.omnigroup.com/showthread.php?t=7453.

Great, I'll look into that, thank.s
