Hi All,

I recently bought Omnifocus(1.10.3/GM-v77.90.17) and have created many folders including different projects.

Does anyone have suggestion to the following questions:

1- How can I give access to specific folders to specific people keeping then from deleting file or other?
2-How can I track any changes made in any shared folder?

Any useful web link will be greatly appreciated.

Omnifocus is for individuals while omniplan is for groups. Omnifocus is not designed for concurrent use, is that what you are trying to do?
