Sure:)
I just followed the instructions; First off, to be safe, please select Menu Bar > File Back Up Database. Let's try this, make sure your Mac has all the current changes to the database, then open Menu Bar > OmniFocus > Preferences > Sync, click the 'Show Clients' button and unregister all the sync clients. Now select Menu Bar > File > Export and make sure to select 'OmniFocus Document' as the File Format. Next select Menu Bar > File > Revert to Database Backup and select the file we just exported. Then click the sync button on the Mac, when prompted select 'Use Local Copy'. Finally, tap sync on the iPhone and select 'Use Server Copy'.
