OK, I can't find any thing with a quick search so maybe I am doing something very silly. With Omnigraffle 5.x Pro, the Style Inspector seems to simply be too long to fit on my screen - so I can't properly see all the Text properties.
Can the inspector palette be split in some way that I haven't spotted? Other work around?

You can tear off sections of the inspector, or collapse them, or even rearrange them. See "Inspector tips" in the OmniGraffle Help feature.

Duh, I had locked them open by double-clicking and hadn't realised.. which explains why I couldn't collapse the sections.
