I have OmniFocus for iPhone v 2.1.1. When I assign a project or a context to an item in the Inbox it doesn't disappear from the Inbox. The action which remains in the Inbox does not show up in the project I assigned it to.

I figured out the problem. I also have Omnifocus for the Mac. In the Preferences > Data > Clean Up Items which have: Both a Project or a Context the default. I changed this to Either a Project or a Context and now the iPhone Inbox cleans up appropriately.
