just check out GreaseKit:
http://code.google.com/p/greasekit/ it will let you select Applications it can be activated in and you should be able select OmniWeb there.

I found it interesting but it doesn't seem to work with OW. Under preferences in plugin tab, I see greasekit bundle loaded but it doesn't add a menu like Safari does,
any ideas?
