I'm still disappointed with the way single actions are being handled. I don't want to put them in a project, they don't belong in a project, but right now, that's the only way they're 'available'.
Having to use a 'container' project to see project-less actions in context view makes me tear my hair out!
I have found that if you enter a project, and then edit the project field and delete what you typed there, the action will remain available - as long as you don't update OF.
