Omnigraffe or OS X Font Issue 64-bit?

Setup with a new Corei5 Macbook Pro and have tried putting system fully into 64-bit mode (kernel_task at 64-bit, etc.).

Omnigraffe Pro (latest version) works great but noticed that I am having some font selection/display issues when running full 64-bit. If I simply switch back to 32-bit kernel_task issues seem to go away.

Not sure if this is something with OS X support or if I need to load up more fonts so OmniGraffe will be able to handle things correctly.

Anyone experience something similar or is this just an OS X 64-bit issue?
