Here is a site with a demo of a css driven set of tabs that works in FF and Netscape and IE but not in OW 5.5 (including current 5.5.1 beta)or in Safari:

I *think* it has something to do with layers and the way Nate has done his CSS, but I am not good enough with CSS to identify the issue and Nate seems not motivated to make this work on mainstream mac browsers.
I am posting it here in the hope that someone will be able to identify whether this is a 'problem' with WebKit or a 'problem' with the way the CSS is written. (If it is the CSS, I can try to hack what Nate has done to make it work. If it is a WebKit issue, I will simply have to wait until WebKit changes.)
Help or suggestions or explanations would be appreciated.
