Left column (projects) mixes sorting up Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Hi,

after reading the new ebook from asian efficiency I realised I could sort my projects in the left column as a way to prioritize my projects and thus tasks.

I recently thought I was crazy, but this morning I knew it for sure: Omnifocus on my Mac is reorganising the project order on the left. This way, my important tasks cam all the way down in the list, easier to ignore :(

Has anyone seen this, or better: does anyone know what this is and how I can solve it?

Thx!

Are you syncing with some other Mac or iOS device? There's a few bugs with syncing and reordering projects. It's possible you're hitting one of them.

Thank you, my omnifocus is completely synced... 2 mac, iPhone, ipad...
Can you tell what the issues are and how I can prevent them?

From the notes in our bug database, it appears that sometimes reordering projects in the sidebar can get lost while syncing. The suggested workaround is to get the sidebar order set on the Mac, and then quit and relaunch OmniFocus.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
