OK, I know there is a GTD answer to this but I just don't get it. Why are priorities not used? I find them extremely useful to raise things to the top that I want to focus on without having to manually reorder. Actually its just an easier way to reorder without having do decide that this priority 2 is more important then that priority 2. I love the way iGTD lets you assign priority by just hitting the number you want to assign to that item.
