Is there a way to change the font of row numbering?
I’d like to make the numbering a smaller and lighter colored font than the row text but I can’t figure out how to do that.

The style of the row number will match the row style. We'll likely be making changing to this in the future.

yep, for a ‘pro’ level outlining app, this is something it needs to be able to do.
