x-cart's debugging console works fine in 5.1.3, but not in SP4 or the corresponding webkit. The issue is the pop-up window is completely blank.

Webmaster mode works fine in 5.1.3 as well, not at all in SP4 and only on occasion in the corresponding webkit. This issue here is also that the pop-up window is blank.

Both x-cart features work fine in the latest version of Safari.
