How does one setup a masthead header to appear on everypage? I'd like to have the letterhead of the company as we distribute these documents.

As you've probably found and I think you're alluding to, there's no header and footer option that I know of.
What you can do, however, is to set up a template for a canvas. This canvas would have the header and or footer (and maybe even watermark) you're looking for. Then every new page is really a new canvas. Christopher

You can use shared layers for this very nicely and with more flexibility.
I often set up a shared layer with a few elements on it such as some copyright information and a few of the handy variables (page #, etc). Omnigraffle is smart enough to automatically add the shared layers to the next new canvas you add to the document. HTH -- Morgan
