Clipping: Ignore format? Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Most of the time I use the clipping feature to take text from a web page in Safari for later reference.

What is really beginning to bug me is that OF preserves the formatting of the text in the Notes field making it a real pain to add additional notes.

For example, I might highlight the Headline of a NYT article and clip. Now the headline appears in a giant font in the note field and when I add notes, the giant font remains and i have to manually change it every time.

That's okay if you clip only once in a while, but after the 100th time its become kind of a pain.

Is there a Preference or another way of doing this that will ignore the format when it goes into the note so I don't have to mess with the text formatting every time?
