You've gotta integrate with Apple Mail ala "MailTags".

Right now it's a bit of a pain to get Apple Mail and kGTD to sync through MailTags.

A quick entry menulet akin but better than the bug-riddled Chronos SOHO notes service would be the deal sealer for me.
