non-linear select Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Not sure if this is already possible in OmniOutliner, but it would be very helpful to have a non-linear select capability similar to Microsoft Excel. This would allow you to only copy and paste certain rows/columns. Ideally, one could drag the mouse to select any elements within the rectangular area, and also apple + click to select non-contiguous elements.

This would be extremely helpful when copying and pasting parts of a large outline into other programs such as excel, word, etc.

Hi!

It's not currently possible to select columns or multiple cells to copy. It is something we'll be looking to do in future versions. You can select non-contiguous row to copy though.
