It seems to be almost random, but I find that sometimes lines on a shared layer will show line hops over lines on lower shared layers and sometimes will not. When I find my self needing line hops, I can never make them happen.
How are line hops and shared layers supposed to work?

Richard - I don't know the answer to this question, but if you email our support ninjas, they'll be able to help. (We browse the forums as we're able; Lion and the associated updates have left less time for that than we usually are able to set aside.)
