keyboard shortcut to expand and collapse single and multiple items? Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
I am loving omnifocus and have done so for over 2 years now. But one thing that always takes me ages (cumulatively) is clicking the little paper and paperclip at the end of each item line to expand it to see the details.

Is there a keyboard shortcut for this?
Is there a keyboard shortcut to collapse these?
Can this be done to multiple items?

Thanks!

Command-' does it to open and close.

That's hold down the command key while hitting the apostrophe.

And yes it can be down for multiple items, if you have them selected.

awesome!!! thanks!

Adding the option key will make it do all of the items in the window. Handy for when you want to get them all closed after working here and there.
