Using OmniGraffle Pro 4.2.3 rc 1
I drew some lines and then some boxes. The handles (red round circles) at the ends of the lines, remain visible even though the lines are not selected. Is this expected behaviour?

If you're showing the magnets (View Menu --> Show - Magnets), then yes, that's expected as the ends of lines are indeed magnets.
