I'm not on the OW team, but I can definitely say we haven't hooked in to the latest Safari version of Webkit.

Yes, OmniWeb isn't based on the Safari 5 version of WebKit but it is using a build from not too long ago. I don't know of any major security fixes it doesn't include.
