Is it my imagination, or does the Perspectives window have to be reopened every time the program is opened? The Inspector seems to stay put, and I'd love it if the Perspectives window did, too.

Omnifocus seems to keep only one window and the inspector open on relaunch. It's unfortunate that having three windows open on quit don't persist on relaunch.
You should file it as an enhancement request.
