Archiving Completed Task Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
I am a CPA and I am using OmniPlan to schedule and track my client projects.

First, if anyone has any suggestions on how best to use the program for my type of business that would be great. I primarily use the Gantt Chart.

Second, I find that my current project area (Gantt again) gets really cluttered. Is there a way to archive these tasks?

Thanks,

Steve Hartfield

Not archiving, but have you tried using the view filters? View->Filter Tasks will give you considerable control over which tasks are displayed. Maybe simply not showing completed tasks would do the trick?
