I'm hoping someone can help me. I recently purchased OmniFocus for the iPhone (great application!).
After synching my iPhone with my desktop (iMac), all of my projects except for one have disappeared from my desktop. All the projects now appear on my iPhone. When I update the tasks on the iPhone, and then sync, the number of overdue tasks is properly updated on the desktop but I cannot see the tasks by project or by context (even though all contexts appear).
I am nervous about the tasks only being on the iPhone. How can I get them to re-appear on the desktop?

Sorry. I just answered my own question. The "focus" button was selected. I selected "Show All" and everything is as it should be! :)
