For repeating or recurring tasks is it possible to specify that it repeat a specified number n of times instead of ad infinitum?

Alex, we've got a feature request open on a "repeat until" option, but it's not currently supported. I'll attach you to that request so the rest of the team will know you'd like to see that added. Thanks!
(One of the main metrics we use when planning our work is the number of customers attached to a given request.)
