When you complete a project, it still shows up in your library. Is there a way to "clean up" completed projects just like you can with actions?

You can select which projects to view in the left pane. Select "Active Projects" instead of "All projects" and the completed ones will disappear.

If you change the selector above the project sidebar to something other than All Projects (Remaining would be the obvious choice) you won't see the Completed projects any longer. They will still be in your database, however. If you think that you won't have any future need to refer to them, you can just delete completed projects.
