error (v26.0.90727): Was expecting a single tail transaction, but found 2.

Has anyone seen this error on the latest build: (v26.0.90727)

"Was expecting a single tail transaction, but found 2."

I can't open any of my data and the program no longer seems to function. Does anyone know if there would be a problem with my data— should I go to a back up or a problem with the build.
