upgrade from OF1 to OF2 with Quantity Discount

Hi, I am very excited about OF 2 for mac, and I am testing it.
However, I purchased OF1 with Quantity Discount price, so I shared the license key with other 7 people.
I am wondering if I can upgrade to OF 2 for mac with single license?
I hope that I post this on correct forums..
