Hi, is there any way to control the grid so that I can highlight the "100, 150, 200" etc. grid lines?

Currently gridline spacing is automatic. You'll get grids at ticks until there enough to necessitate major/minor ticks, at which point grid lines are only generated for major tick marks.
Do you need grids at intervals of 50 but a different tick spacing? If not, you should just be able to change your tick spacing to 50 using the axis inspector.
