The page source isn't the best. One of the frames has a closing body and html tag, but no opening.

The frame wont load because that frame is set to NAME="selector". I think "selector" is a reserved name. Change it to "test" and it works fine.
 
You're right! That one little change made the difference. I'll contact the site's Webmaster.
