If I had had a full ration of caffeine on board, I would have suggested emailing the database only to yourself (obeying the first rule of intelligent tinkering, "Save all the pieces!"), and then forwarding it to Omni only if the problem went away. I didn't :)

I've noticed the same problem today - seems to happen intermittently. I'm entering a large number of tasks as I migrate from Remember The Milk to OF on my iPod Touch.
