Is the order of listed perspectives supposed to be customized?

The Perspectives window allows for this in the GUI, but every time I restart (don't know if it is the restart or applying a new build--just tested it is lost on a simple relaunch of the program), my custom order is blown away and they are listed alphabetically.

Ultimately we do want their order to be customizable, but at the moment (as you've found) they're always sorted alphabetically at launch. I'm not sure whether we'll have time to fix this annoyance for 1.0, but we do agree that either that order should be preserved or you shouldn't be allowed to order them in the first place.
