Statistics for projects & tasks? Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Is there a way to see numbers about my projects & tasks? For example:

Counts of projects (e.g. 95 active, 25 completed, 20 on hold, 20 dropped)
Counts of tasks (400 remaining, 150 available, 50 next)
Age of tasks (oldest task created 225 days ago, tasks average 50 days old)
Completion (You added 35 new tasks and completed 50 tasks this month)

I figured this kind of information would be found in an inspector for the document.

I second this. There's this line of thought: you can't evaluate something as long as you can't measure it.

For example: although the number of completed jobs per day is not the best metric (2 minute rule and other interruptions), however, it's still a value that can be considered. I know that this invites cheating, but leave it up to the user.

Feature request logged.

I have just posted an applescript that you can use to create some of those statistics.
