Helper app in the menu bar Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
I was really hoping there would be an OmniFocus helper app icon that I could install in the menu bar. All my other key productivity apps from the Mac App Store have this feature (1Password, Evernote, Fantasical), all except OmniFocus.

When the app is closed, I should still be able to; see a badge count of due items, quickly add a task, or quickly see what's due now (or soon).

There was another question like this from someone else, but the answer got confused with things like clipping and other work arounds I don't care about. I just want to know if there is a helper app, otherwise consider this a feature request.

Cheers.

Ctrl-clicking on the OF toolbar icon arguably offers these things.
(Certainly on 10.7)
